Empty trackers not showing in tracker report

Some partner programs send reports where the campaign or tracker field is blank.
When this happens, those rows might not appear in your final Routy report.

You can keep this data by adding a dedicated “empty” tracker and having Routy enable support for it.

What You Need to Do

To include rows with blank tracker or campaign fields:

• Open a support ticket and ask us to enable empty-tracker support on your account.

Once that has been done:

• Go to the affiliate account on Routy (Accounts on left sidebar)

• Find the tracking profiles section (bottom left)

• Press the Add button

• Add a new tracker in your Routy account.

• Set its Friendly Name to: Empty Tracker

• Set its Name to: __EMPTY__

• Set its Value to: __EMPTY__

Once enabled, blank values will be assigned to this tracker so the rows are included in your reports.

When This Helps

• Your partner sends rows where the campaign/tracker field is empty.

• You want all blank rows assigned to a single placeholder.
