How does Routy map columns from affiliate programs?
As you know, different affiliate programs and softwares have different columns and information. For this reason, Routy has its own internal mapping system to map the column from the affiliate program to our internal Routy structure, based on the software of the program. For example, if we pull firsttimedepositors from the affiliate program, we map that by defaults to FTDs in Routy.
What if Routy isn't showing the right column for you?
In the rare events that an affiliate uses a different column than the one we have mapped (for example using cpacount for FTDs), we also allow mapping at an account level. So if you use a different column to measure FTDs (e.g. cpacount), we can map it to FTDs for you, just set up a ticket here.
What if revenue is not available in the affiliate program at a tracker or click level?
By default, if Routy find a revenue column in the affiliate program, it will use it. This is to ensure your stats on Routy match the affiliate program. However, if revenue is not available in the tracker or click reports then Routy will use the commission plan set up to calculate it.
