So you've set up your traffic sources, your links are now Routy links - but for some reason our Traffic Source Dashboard is showing all your clicks and conversions under page N/A.
Don't panic! This is a fairly common problem when setting up a traffic source on Routy. What this means is that your page view ID parameter is not passing Routy. If you use pretty links or a cloaker, Routy supports pretty links of the /goto/ and /visit/ format by default. In case your links have a different format, please go ahead and create a ticket for us here to let us know the format of the links.
If you still can't see which pages are driving clicks or conversions, you may need to toggle a setting on the plugin you are using. Below are a few plugins we've had experience with. Should you come across any issues, please go ahead and create a ticket, and we'll make sure your parameters are passing!
Pretty Links
If you use Pretty Links, you need to ensure that parameter forwarding is enabled. You can do this by checking the Parameter Forwarding option in the Advanced tab of the plugin. Check out their docs here for more information.
GeoTargeting WP
If you use GeoTargeting WP - we actually worked with these guys to optimize their plugin and allow parameters to be forwarded through. If you use this plugin, your page view parameter will be passed, out of the box!
Thirsty Affiliates
If you use Thirsty Affiliates, make sure to check the 'Pass query string' option on the right panel when creating each link, as shown below.
