Can I exclude bot traffic?

Unfortunately, bots are a part of this industry. However, all users that are part of the Expert Plan or above are eligible to request a custom domain to exclude bot traffic from their data.

How do I delete my affiliate links on Routy?

Users are not allowed to delete Routy links. However, Routy does allow you to replace links.

How can I be sure that my tracking is working?

A quick way to check that your tracking is fully function is to check that a Dynamic Variable (found in the Click Report) is in the backend system. If you see them there, that means they’re working as they should. However, if you don’t see them, and they are generating clicks in Routy, something’s wrong, and needs to be investigated.
