Is there a way to use the data on a spreadsheet software?
All reports can be downloaded from Routy in a CSV or Excel format. This will allow you to deep-dive your data in whatever way you want.
Why are my clicks not matching what's in the affiliate program?
In Routy, Clicks refer to the clicks on your Routy links. Visits are the clicks in your affiliate program, and can be seen in the Home screen of Routy, and in the Affiliate Program reports.
Why do I have more Signups and FTDs than Clicks in my Accounts data?
If you have an affiliate account that is linked to multiple different sources, Routy will show Signups, FTDs etc. data for the entire account, and combine it with Click data that it is actually tracking for that account.
For example, say affiliate account XYZ contains data for your websites A and B. Website A generates 10 clicks and 5 signups and is tracked by Routy. Website B generates 50 clicks and 25 signups, and is NOT tracked by Routy. Routy will show you only 10 clicks, but all 30 signups, as that is what is in the account. For this reason it’s key to onboard all your relevant websites and traffic sources onto Routy, to get a more clear and accurate picture of brand performance.
Why do my numbers on the Homepage not match numbers on the Performance Report?
The Performance Report shows numbers based on Routy clicks (i.e. clicks on Routy links). Meanwhile, the homepage shows all data aggregated from the affiliate accounts. For the numbers of both reports to match, you need to be FULLY onboarded to Routy, which means that every single link on your traffic sources needs to be a Routy link.
In addition, the numbers may not line up entirely as the Performance Report is based on the Click Date. Suppose we have a user who clicks a link on 30/12/2022, and actually converts on 05/01/2023. If you look at January '23 data, the user will show on the Homepage but not on the Performance Report (as their click was on 30/12/2022).
