Adding/Managing Accounts
On Routy V1, to add/manage accounts, you would select Accounts on the sidebar.
On Routy V2, you must press the Affiliate Programs > Accounts > Add or select a specific account to manage it.
Adding/Managing Traffic Sources
On Routy V1, to add/manage traffic sources, you would select Traffic Sources on the sidebar.
On Routy V2, you must select Tracking > Traffic sources.
To manage a traffic source, you can select a traffic source. Here you can:
- Generate a tracking script (if the traffic source is set as a Website)
- Set up webhooks
- Set up integrations
- Set up Cloaked Links (also known as Branded Links)
Adding and Testing your Pixel
Once the traffic source is created and domain is added, the tracking script can be accessed from the top-right section as shown in the previous image.
Copy & add the script similar to the V1 process. Once the pixel has been added, you can access a test environment by opening the link marked in yellow in the image above.
Below is an example of what a successful test will look like.
As mentioned in the Events section below, you can ensure page views are being tracked in the Page Views report.
Dashboards
Dashboards on V2 have been totally overhauled. Dashboards are now split into In App and BI Dashboards.

Traffic (Performance) & Conversion Report
The Traffic (previously Performance Report) and Conversion Report have now been replaced by the Report Builder. To generate a Performance/Conversion report on Routy V2, you must select Report Builder on the sidebar and choose the Routy Events.
In this section you will find preset reports. The Performance Report is a merge of Traffic Report and Conversion Report. You can also build your own report and save it.
Raw Tracker & Dynamic Reports
On Routy V1, the raw tracker and dynamic reports were found under Reports > Raw > Tracker / Dynamic.
On Routy V2 you can find the same reports in the Report Builder section:
Report Builder > Program Tracking Profile Reports (Tracker Report)
Report Builder > Program Dynamic Variable Reports (Dynamic Report)
The major change in the reports are that you can now select which columns to show in the tracking profile report and dynamic variable report
Events
On Routy V1, events were found in Reports > Logs.
On Routy V2, you can find logs under the events section. Here you can find:
Clicks - Log of all Routy link clicks
Page Views - Log of all Page Views (i.e. page views tracked by the Routy pixel)
Postbacks - Log of all incoming postbacks (Previously the Postback Report)
Webhooks - Log of all outgoing postbacks/webhooks
Column mapping
A major new feature on the latest version of Routy is column mapping. Here, users are able to manage their own mappings. For example, if your team uses columnA from the program as the brand, and by default Routy uses columnB, you are able to set it yourselves.
To change mappings on data this can be adjusted from the user side as well under the Account section in the Affiliate Program page.
Under Advanced > Mappings
You can also view the raw report as extracted by Routy, to get a better idea of how the transformation happens. This can be accessed from the Affiliate program> Accounts > Program > Advanced > Raw Report
