Managing Program Integrations
To manage your program integrations, head to Affiliate Programs > Accounts. Here you can see the status of all your accounts and filter out those that are not Integrating.
To further dig into the integration status press Preview, and you can see more details:
Common Integration Errors
| Message | Action |
| Unable to find matched handler | Crawler not available |
| Authenticate failed | Input API credentials |
| Auth http request failed | Program is not loading |
| Unknown failed to login response, check logs | Program is not loading |
| failed to get login token | Add API key |
| Failed to open login page | Add API key - check if program is still live |
| Failed to validate url | Add API key |
| Unable to open login page | Program is not loading |
Manual Data Extraction
To re-try a crawl head to the Accounts page and press the Queue button. Here you can select the date period which you wish to re-crawl. Keep in mind that dashboards refresh hourly.
