Updating an affiliate account

• Update the credentials of an affiliate account
• Update the currency of an affiliate account
• Closing an affiliate account

Affiliate Account Credentials

If your affiliate account password has changed or is incorrect, you can easily change it on Routy. To do this simply head into the Accounts page and select the account. This will take you to the account page as shown below.

Once you've done this, press Actions > Account Profile and you can input your credentials there, as shown below.

Account Currency

If your commission numbers do not match the program, make sure that the account currency is set correctly. If not set correctly, Routy will convert the numbers it extracts to your Routy account currency. To check this, head over to the account page and simply press Actions > Account Profile. In the pop up window, you can check the account currency as shown below.

If the currency is correct, please set up a ticket.

Closing an affiliate account

If you wish to remove an affiliate account from Routy, head to the account page and press Actions > Account Profile. At the bottom of the window you can find the Close account button.
