Dashboard Overview
Below is a summary of what the dashboard offers:

The player dashboard gives you a closer look at your conversions. This dashboard shows you metrics like active players, average deposit per active player and average net revenue per active player, allowing you to evaluate brands based on player value. Similar to the Traffic Insights, you can filter this report based on traffic source, market, brand, additional parameters, as well as by link. By default, the dashboard shows conversion data of this month. You may also filter by click month - this refers to the month that the user clicked on your affiliate link.
What you Need
Below is what you need for the dashboard to show data:
- Affiliate accounts added to Routy
- Affiliate program supports click tracking (i.e. software contains a click report or supports postback)
- Affiliate links added to Routy
- Generated Routy links live on your website

Here you can see your total conversion related KPIs for the selected filters.
Daily Trends
These charts show a daily breakdown of KPIs to illustrate performance trends
Brand, Market & Traffic Source Breakdown
Similar to the Traffic Insights, these tables illustrate performance by brand, market and traffic source. The user can easily deep dive into player value and activity coming from different combinations of brand, market and traffic source by using on-click filtering.
Deposit, Net Revenue & Active Players by Click Month
This visualization shows you the metrics broken down by 'click month'. This means that you can segment your deposit, net revenue and active players by the month they were acquired.
You can click on the bar of the relevant month to filter the dashboard for that specific month
Remember that the default filter in this dashboard is by conversion date NOT by click date.
Top Player Breakdown
Here you'll find your top deposit and net revenue generating players, for the selected period. This table shows the Click Month, program, brand and traffic source the user came from. In addition, you can view if the user is a signup, FTD or CPA for the filtered conversion month (would show as '1'). You can also see the deposit amounts, number of deposits and net revenue generated in the specific period.
This will allow you to spot any VIPs/whales that may be impacting your revenues for the month. You may click on the Click ID of the player to view the 'Click Summary' page on Routy, that illustrates all information we have on that player.
Tip: Use this dashboard to evaluate the brands you're working with, and find how much value is being driven by traffic you're sending them now. You can use the click month filter together with the conversion date filter to achieve this.
