Routy supports manual data uploads. This means that if an affiliate program sends your stats in a spreadsheet or a CSV file, this can be integrated into Routy. In this article we will:

When you should upload data to Routy
There are a few different use cases where we would recommend you upload data to Routy:
- The affiliate program sends you emails with your stats
- The affiliate program is not supported by Routy and you would like to view their stats on the platform
Some of the most well known programs requiring a manual upload:
- Draftkings
- VGW Brands
How to upload data to Routy
Before uploading any data to Routy, first make sure that you have added the affiliate account to Routy. If you are unsure on how to do this, check out this article. If you cannot find the affiliate program listed, be sure to raise a ticket, and the Routy team will add the program.
Once the account has been added, head over to the account page, and press Actions > Upload Report
Once you press Upload Report, the popup shown below will appear
Manual Upload Settings
Report Level
Refers to the level of data you are dealing with
- If the report shows you click IDs (i.e. a unique ID for every single click on the affiliate links) then select Click
- If the report shows you campaign IDs (also known as tracker/marketing source) then select Tracker
- If the report only shows the date, then select Day
Date Column Name
Input the name of the date column
Date Format
Select the date format in the sheet you are uploading
Excel Sheet Name
Name of the worksheet containing data if you are uploading an Excel file, otherwise fill out the field with any text
Has Total Row
Tick if there is a grand total row in the sheet you are uploading
Once these settings are filled, select the file to upload and press Upload.
Once you've uploaded the data, Routy will begin to process the data and it will show in the following reports:
- Home Page (if data is for this month/last month)
- Accounts Dashboard
- Traffic Source Dashboard
- Day/Tracker/Click Raw Report
Note: The data will only show in the Business Intelligence Reports if you uploaded click level data containing Routy IDs.
