The High Level Dashboard is designed to give the user a snapshot view of their overall performance this month. We do this by allowing them to easily compare performance against the previous month. This view is typically used by business owners, C-Level execs and senior management. The dashboard is split into 3 sections:
- Overall Metrics
- MoM Comparison Breakdown
- Daily/Monthly Performance Trends
It's important to note that this dashboard will show ALL data that is extracted from your affiliate accounts, whether they are passing through Routy links or not.
Overall Metrics
These scorecards compare performance of this current month so far against the same period of the previous month. For example, on the 13th May it will show performance from 1st - 12th May compared to performance from 1st - 12th April. With these scorecards you will be able to easily tell how you're performing this month and which metrics are increasing/decreasing.
MoM Comparison Breakdown
The MoM Comparison Breakdown expands on the Overall Metrics section by indicating the accounts and traffic sources causing increases and decreases. With our colour indicators, the user will easily be able to tell where any changes in performance are coming from.
Not only that, by clicking on the account, affiliate program or traffic source you will filter the entire dashboard. This will allow you to easily deep-dive your data and answer questions like:
- Which affiliate accounts are causing changes in this traffic source?
- When did performance change on this specific account/traffic source?
Daily & Monthly Performance
The daily and monthly trend charts show daily performance trends from the start of the previous month and monthly performance trends for the last 12 months respectively. These are intended to give you a micro and macro view at your performance, to spot any recent changes, with the added context of performance in previous months.
Tip: Filter for traffic sources and affiliate program/account to find the underlying causes of performance changes and use the daily trend chart to identify the point at which performance changed.
